Small and micro caps have barely been involved in this rally yet. That will always come after the middle of an uptrend towards the last third of the uptrend when all the bluechips are fully priced and punters look for speckies for a medium term trade.
Other than that we need a good announcement or maybe one day the large holder will finally finish selling, if that is whats going on, otherwise it must be a bot algorithm trader, in that case volume will be required to get IBY back to fair value..
