Well it's been 7 weeks today since the announcement of the new partner. If PTIA has any pulling power to get this going it should be fairly soon that progress is announced. Or a timeline to start. If not then maybe the illegals have better connections.
My guess is that PTIA would not get into this without being fairly confident that they could get it moving. They don't get paid any expense reimbursements until we start mining and they apparently gave it a good look over before jumping on board. So have to be quite hopeful that something will happen soon.
