    re: citigroup increases holding Saad Investments recently increased share holding, not Citigroup.

    Why would AGL want to takeover SGL, except to save having to pay up to $50 m odd for increased reserves in the deal done last year?

    AGL already gets all the Camden gas under long term contracts so I can't see any reason for AGL needing to stump up for the shares too.
