Let me explain mate:
There are two types of patents in Australia: Standard [if there is a number '2' after year in the application number then its standard like
2016240393] and Innovation [if there is a number '1' after the year in the application then its an innovation patent like the 2 you have mentioned].
Innovation are the monopoly for 8 years only - that means after 8 years anyone can copy their idea. There has been a lot of crap written about Hazer's idea of applying for innovation patents, and how the innovation patents are crap... blah blah.. read here:
Now, when you apply for innovation patent they are straight-away "granted" but they have no value since it is not "certified" - that means its just "granted" on paper but has no legal standing. For it to have any legal standing one of the patent examiners has to examine it and if everything is good then it is certified. So in the 2 above innovation patents it just shows its granted but no examination has been done yet so no certification yet. But Hazer has applied for its examination and hopefully they will be certified soon.
Going to the standard patent - it has been examined by an examiner - click on "edossier" - all the docs filed by hazer's attorney's are on file. The first examination report was issued on 5/11/18. It only took hazer 2 weeks to reply to that and now the examiner has accepted the case - that means he thinks this case should go onto certification! Which means it will be published and will be certified in 3 months!
I am 200% sure, hazer will inform the market 1st thing monday morning!
This is the REAL DEAL my friend!
