    Hi there,

I just would like to add that their Cyprus address is also fully inoperative. In addition to filing complaints with your local police and local regulatory bodies what all of you should consider as well is applying for an ombudsman decree in your country. I think for Australia ASICC handles this as well.

In some countries (namely Australia, and maybe France) you can also file this against your own bank for failing to warn you of the scam at least if you paid after publication of the official Japanese investor warning.

Such a mediation/or arbitration award of course won't help much as it is not enforceable but at least you have something official suggesting that you deserve to be paid back. View it as a first step.

@ Rov you have managed a German court order putting down some of their IT-stuff? Is this still current? @ David, think you have one more homepage for Rov.

Another company which is linked to all of this is Carton Church.

Because SEO is crucial here for future victims, please also make the effort to post your cases on the broader consumer complaints forums like complaintsboard, ripoffreport and trader2win. It took eight weeks after I could find this thread so a little bit more internet presentation could not harm.

My own case is summarized here:

    best LZ-Gem.

PS: Regarding the criminal side of this; the most helpful would be if anybody who resides in a country where this is allowed would simply start to record as many phone calls as possible. (Tracing them through your own phone-company won't work for technical reasons.)
