There is lots that can be done especially considering that Standard Fidelity is an ongoing scheme. Philippine authorities already know of the larger case. There is no reason not to contact any authority. Interpol, UK FCA, etc. are all aware.
It's relatively easy to have them closed down. It doesn't get any money back. Recovery takes more time and is more complicated due to many factors.
You shouldn't limit yourself to one avenue of attack if you are committed to recovery, criminal penalty, or civil action of any sort.
The reason I'm talking to victims of Standard Fidelity is not to limit any action that anyone wants to take. They should absolutely pursue anything you think is worthwhile. I'm saying that because Standard Fidelity is just one new appendage of a larger case, and that it is a currently ongoing scam with victims piling up, then it's surely useful to use the information already gathered from the larger case. Victims of Standard Fidelity don't have to stumble around in the dark from scratch.
Simply, Standard Fidelity is just a new version of a scheme going back years of which we already know basically who is running it, where they are, and how it all works. There are already various criminal and civil actions being carried out. If I know so much how come it's still going on, you might say. It's not that easy... there are obvious reasons that they operate where they are. But, some progress has been made. It takes time.
Again, anyone can contact me and get the full run-down. We're not hiding, they are. I'm completely open on what I have. Of course, the case is so big it takes a long time to fully absorb but the information regarding Standard Fidelity itself isn't that hard to follow and if there are new victims committed to pursuing any form of investigation, justice, recovery, or whatever, then just get in touch.
Tracing the money is obviously an important part of it. You can get the pros and cons of pursuing the Mareva injunction route and use what we have to help. I'm not sure why anyone going down that path wouldn't want to piggy-back on what's already learned and experienced.
Anyhow, do what you gotta do, I guess. It's small comfort but it's important to know that any victim of Standard Fidelity isn't alone and you are just the latest on a long list going back at least 10 years. All victims of the SAME crew operating different entities, and racking up around a $100 million in damages.
