The Serious Fraud Office in the UK is taking online complaints so anyone aggrieved by Standard Fidelity Ltd and the like can make a complaint by there. The Directors of these fraudulent outfits (if they are real persons) could be called to account if enough people complain. The Financial Ombudsman Service UK can also be contacted.
