I'm doing it! Or at least trying to. My problem has been with Cathay Dupont supposedly operating from ThinkPark Tower, Tokyo. The company is not registered in Japan, nor Australia. If I knew where it was registered I could initiate action through the relevant authority. How do I find out?
They used an Italian bank Banca Valsabbino. ASIC has the details and if the ACORN is on the ball, so does Interpol.
