We shall see how the Save river Circus plays out.
What concerns me is that GGP/OGI/XYZ is following
a path that Botswana Diamonds took in '13
and backed out from in '14.

"Botswana Diamonds has announced its withdrawal from a proposed diamond exploration project in the southeast African nation of Mozambique, Rough and Polished reports. The diamond company had said in 2013 that it was interested in partnering with Portuguese firm EIP Group operating in Mozambique to retrieve rough diamonds from the Save River region. But after half a year in which it retained the exclusive right to proceed with the project, Botswana came to the conclusion that it would not be profitable for it to carry out the operation."
