I wonder if EMC have IP from the previous trial that they don’t have the requirement to release to other prospective bidders or whether Western Power would require them to share some or all lessons learnt?
Realistically I can see more than 1 company winning the spoils to spread Western Powers risk of going wholly with one supplier....but I definitely hope it’s all EMC’s baby.
