I am curious about the cash raise not just from the point of view of financial stability but more so what it will be used for. They had three reasons for the CR, two of which mention corporate transaction or M&A. The previous quarterly has 5.2 million cash, we raise 5 million cash and there is expected outflow of $11 million. obviously debt facilities are being used. But something is happening that isn't quite clear as yet.
