I suppose a rights issue to all shareholders would be the fairest way but since when has the notion of fairness entered the vocabulary of the board rooms of Australia?

The alternative is to start issuing good news so the market can start reacting positively to this Coy.

But why would you do that if you had a chance of stealing current shareholder value for yourself.

Hence the comment re watch the current directors agenda and be very cautious about their motivations - (How will they gain).
