Recapitalisation of this Coy. WILL significantly dilute the current shareholders value! As a current shareholder, being sanguine about the future of this company is difficult. Unless you are a new investor privy to information that is not presented to the market and who is offered a share placement at a discount to market, these are the ones who will gain the most. For those who have an average of ten times current market value or more look out it will be years if ever you see a return to those levels!!

What we need to be watching are the current directors and their agendas to gain personal wealth from existing shareholders misery.
