This is not the market determining the value of APG, this is a bunch of very small traders shifting their $600 blocks of shares and thinking they are the only ones with their finger on the pulse. 18 million shares on offer with over a billion shares in the market, I'd say most shareholders value this company at a good deal more than these trades indicate, IMO.
