I visited the Osborne site when I was in Adelaide in November. I did not organise anything in advance and just thought I would have a bit of a look around the outside. The staff were amazingly cooperative and organised to have a senior staff member show us around the plant. It certainly is a fascinating and complex facility. One of the by-products of the visit was that my partner and I had sore eyes for the next 24 hours or so, presumably from the ammonia gas eminating from the plant. I wouldn't like to live close by. I couldn't decide whether I was positive or negative towards the shares after the visit - thus the silence.
Having watched the shares fall over the last few days, I have put in my first trade for many months and am the current buyer at 31.5c. I don't expect a lot out of the first half but if this company is going to do any good at all, I would hope we would start to see some signs of it in the forecasts for the second half.
