Management just may find themselves marginalised & turfed out one day. Between J.Pitt & his buddies & SBM they account for over 46% of the capital. R.T & his fellow directors are at their mercy. It wouldn't take a lot to get a few other holders on board to pass the 50% mark. Management will not be the ones that decide the sale or otherwise of this.
