"Clear all debt first"
I disagree, the debt is manageable now and it's not too expensive to service currently whereas we have $hundreds of millions of Santos franking credits awaiting a shareholder dividend so as to utilise some of them.
It's time and it's almost a promise assuming nothing drastic changes.
