I think the reason that SRV keep paying dividend at 10c is because the company wants to avoid negative signalling from cutting dividend. Companies are allowed to pay dividends out of retained earnings and as long as the rate can be supported by long term EPS level. Sticking dividend this is what it's called I remember.
I would load up big at this price level if SRV's main business is property development, the timing and balance sheet are wonderful...the only thing I'm a bit concerned about is its business model, I don't know whether the virtual office will work out brilliantly or what, fingers corssed.
