    if it was just a delay in D&C getting the cash I'm sure they would have at least announced that a deal had been reached.

    The most probably explanation is that D&C have put up a fight and refused to hand over the keys.

    SRK could then either take legal proceedings under the terms of the JV agreement or call them on their loans and try and get hold of the project that way
