JML is correct, it would only have to be disclosed if they were still trading.
Because they are now in suspension, they don't have to disclose nada to the market.
I also think they have lost and as I've said many times before, are just trying to get an understanding from the other party when payment will occur etc.....this is my gut feel!
Hopefully 1 more day to come but wouldn't be surprised if it was put back again but hope not....
