Chubbito, sorry to say but I reckon that's a bit silly of a statement. Bit like saying 2 years ago I reckon FMG assets are no good cause RIO & BHP are in the area and would of looked at them before falling into FMG's hands. Correct sometimes but not all the times, the big mining houses obviously don't have the ability to capture every asset so from time to time, quality assets such as SRK's actually do get developed seperately etc.
No-one can deny it's a world class asset and imho I reckon it'll get developed.
As K8 pointed out, they rejected a US$450-$500mil offer for it previously, obviously that mining giant isn't a dud and would of done their DD before putting in the offer etc.
Just my 2c worth.....CHEAP AS CHIPS currently folks imho!
