Thanks for your recent enquiry about SurfStitch.


We assist the company with their corporate communications, therefore I am responding on its behalf.


As the company said in its most recent announcement, more detail about the licence agreement will be provided with the company’s financial results in August.


The August announcement will also contain more detail around the remedial actions being taken by the management team to return to profitability in FY17, including the downsizing of its US operations.


Please also note that the company directors are not permitted to trade in the company’s shares ahead of the results announcement.
