I'd say that they have to decide what to do with SDV, an announcement could be a catalyst. In the meantime, Mt Cattlin has never ever achieved high recoveries... if they can demonstrate sustainable recovery rates north of 70%, that would be a catalyst. Of course, improving global sentiment to the sector would also help, as would an increase in SC6 prices. The first two catalysts are a case of waiting to see some evidence, so I don't know why it is so heavily traded in between... liquidity often begets liquidity though and looking at the broker market-shares, this is a favourite stock of retail day traders in both directions.
