I was expecting the shorting to go on and on for the next 12 months at least, but an alliance with POSCO could be a real game changer. We may not be waiting on the sun to shine and the winds to blow before we see profits in Argentina. 
The POSCO process could really speed things up.  IMO the testing may be already done and evaluated. POSCO are certainly charging on. 
Maybe the shorters have underestimated the speed this is developing too. 
All we need is a few little ducks to line up and we could have a very interesting 6 months.
