I would value Mt Penrice at not very much.

The remediation costs will out weight the going rate for gravel.

Dump all the overburden schist back into the hole, reduce the side wall height back to suitable levels, clear all infrastructure and sell building blocks with a great view of the Barossa may be the only hope..

Would be a brave company taking over Mt Penrice as a going concern with all of the environmental issues that surround it.

Interesting 3-4 months coming up for PSH.
