Traders don't need fundamentals to get a stock running. Scalping is the biggesst mover of any penny stock, and when one is drilling the chance to get one moving is very easy. with at least 2 weeks still to go i'd be very surprised if we don't see some big movers trying to get the market thinking they have the inside story on an oil exploding hole.
