I must admit that the price of acreage in the Canning Basin has gone up a fair bit recently, especially if the OBL/FMG farm in does occur.

I believe that the company that won (outbid) L11-5 is asking for about $20+ million for 1 tenement. Ouch.

I guess anything is possible, perhaps KEY could look outside the box and merge with another small oil/gas/shale hopeful, perhaps BKP,NWE,EGO,TTE.. (just popped into my head, no research done).

Just for fun, I think Cyrene will actually spud next week, Tuesday. Total guess.
