Management must be desperate to have the share issue some sort of success.
The usual mode is to maintain share price at reasonable levels if possible, announce some positives, some break through - in profits, new discoveries, greater production -or a "clincher" such as a rescue offer. Be careful!
POS? Long term down trend in place. Fluctuating between $20 and $22. Running out of potential stimulants for price rise. World production more than adequate for industrial needs. Could break out of the long term downturn. Possibility of lower price.
CCU management hanging on. The longer it takes for capitulation the better for them.
Then again who believes POS must surge, that the company expectations on production and profits are certain and that after serious and careful consideration Sprott will conclude CCU is a reliable company, well managed and will certainly produce the goods?
Upside could be considerable. Risks fairly obvious.
Take care.
Best wishes to all.
