I'm with Jantimot on this one - it appears CBA did try to give CCU as much time as possible - probably not something Mac Bank would have done too readily.
Sprott have probably been cautious to the extent they want to see that CCU does in fact deliver on its production forecasts of 200k + oz from March onwards.
At least management have bought time (provided they are true to their word on production and secure the finance) - it's all about the POS now which seems to be consolidating in the right direction and, of course, the terms (Interest charge) of the loan which we won't know until it is signed.
At least the future looks a little brighter than it did this time yesterday and I'll be more likely to take up the offer - but for goodness sake don't bid up the SP too much now - us long suffering shareholders need to get back in as low as poss!
