Was told by company Rep this morning that it was up to Patto's to stump up to get to the 8 Million it needs that cannot be provided by shareholders due to the limit of shares being 99,054,341 and the current low price.
In his words Pattos have not accepted to underwrite but they have not declined either. He also said that the Sprott proposal would help with Pattos.
If they do not get the 8 Mill its over red rover IMO, and any money received will be refunded. If they go into Admin I assume that would not be an easy task!
The average SP needs to be 8.1 cents to get the 8 Mill so unless there is a big rise today and tomorrow it will be up to Pattos to find someone who will put up the difference.
Very very risky from here and I was tempted to take up SPP but have decided that the risk is to great for me.
