There are a lot of Analysts Recommendations with SP predictions, being mentioned on the LSE Forum re:- SOLG, these are ranging from .47p to .90p for a fair value of SOLG. I recommend you take a look if you are yet to. These are from a range of analysts also, so it is obvious they are conducting their research.

As DGR has a substantial holding of SOLG (11.7% ish), I can only pass on my experience with previous Corporate action around OBS (Orbis Gold) in 2015. Macq. Bank put a Buy recommendation (I recall buy up to .60c???) out for OBS approx. 4 months prior to the Semafo offer, this was at a substantial premium to the suggested valuation at the time, which I should have taken notice of. Had I bought at .37c, I could have doubled my money, therefore, this was a missed opportunity. Fortunately I was still holding DGR and received a minor return via the Dividend. I don't know but I think NM will sell the stake in SOLG should an offer be presented, in lieu of taking it to production.

So, in Good Faith, I suggest this may be another opportunity. Change in Sentiment to BUY, GLTA.
