Well and good in theory.
But, with the scaleback methodology applied to get anything really worthwhile out of this you needed 15k you could do without for two weeks.
Not everyone has that lying around.
So, do they not participate?
Perversely, enough people think that then the scaleback is less.... And round we go.....
