    Surely to do it pro-rata per Number of Shares held, is like a rights issue.
    But this was/is an offer for all shareholders to apply for $15000 worth of new AWE shares @50c including small shareholders.
    If they pull that pro-rata per current holdings caper the ASX will be flooded with complaints about looking after the big shareholders and ignoring the mums and dads.
