What mechanism would you plan to achieve this outcome??

It is just not feasible to do this, in any realistic manner.

The Placement and follow up SPP is used by a lot of companies and indeed has been used by AWE in the past, with success.  The disclosure laws do not allow retail holders to undertake a placement which is the easy quick alternative to a major cap raising like this.

I am open to hear how you would have done this.
