From 2017 Annual Report (p 118) there were 17,669 shareholders of which 4,401 shareholders held less than a marketable parcel of 1,112 shares.
Net of the 4,401 shareholders leaves 13,268 shareholders. Assuming 100% take-up (unlikely) of the $10m capital raising by these shareholders would see an average allocation of $754 per shareholder. Make your own assumptions, but with the SP at c.20c over the SPP, it also seems unlikely anyone will receive a $15K allocation.
