Also Supersizer, companies can request to their AGM permission to raise in excess of 15% of their market cap , but it is in anticipation of a potential capital raise, not after the event. The maximum they can ask is an additional 10% to the allowed 15%.
SPP raises are separate from these maximum and as mentionned by the company are legally maxed at 30% of the market cap.
