    Great post. I was thinking the exact same thing yesterday and may explain the price drop.

    You would want another great announcement if they were going to raise the full 4million. That is a lot of dilution on top of the sophisticated investors.

    I'm not subscribing to my share allotment. I'm happy with my current holding at an average of 42.
