    i never remember once Xtek management said one thing but did another... also remembering chairman holds 1/3 of the company, last thing he wanted is to dilute himself...

    once they announced scale back notice end of month, the artificially surpressed sp will rocketing to new high again

    keep in mind, xtek sp never holds at this level that long in the past! that only means it will go higher
