Given the rather small size of SOM units on issue there is not much liquidity.

The company share price only increased 15% on the back of some excellent growth figures reported for the last quarter, so hopefully for existing holders the current placement and SPP will provide more liquidity, but for that 'very quick escalation' in the MktCap you're looking for, more shares need to be made accessible to a larger number of investors.

In terms of the business, all the right boxes are being ticked, and it really wouldn't surprise me to see the MktCap of SOM double over the next 12 months, but hypothetically speaking had the company done a 5:1 or 10:1 share split before reporting recent growth figures, I would submit that you would probably already be looking at a MktCap at two times the current value, today.
