Is anyone taking up the SPP? If so it is likely to be massively scaled back.
Shareholders can buy lots of $15,000, $5,000 or $2,000. Maximum number of shares issued will be 21 million at .075 cents. That would be $1,575,000. Accordingly it would only take 105 shareholders to take up their maximum allocation of $15,000 for all of the issue to be exhausted.
As at August 2009 there were 1459 shareholders. Accordingly if all of them take up the $15,000 then the issue will be scaled back to around $1000 each or 13,333 shares.
I don't think it's worth it is it?
