    As I understand it, US law prevents a foreign company form raising capital there without a prospectus (very expensive) or even providing news updats. rd- you are being protected!

    UK residents may find that they a follow up letter with an offer. Just guessing there. I am not aware of a legal reason why not. (The letter you received hints that there could be a follow up offer.) Good luck with that des.
