SPP Stuff Up? Did GRB or Automic give zero shares?

I subscribed for the full share allotment.
I logged in to automic this evening and saw the follwing 3 transactions:
1) They gave me a full subscription of shares.
2) 5 July - 'Scale back' that reduced my share allotment by approx 80%.
3) 5 July - 'Removal of share purchase plan acceptance'. They reduced my allotment to zero shares.

My money has not reappeared in my acount. That's 1 day shy of 2 weeks since they alloted zero shares- and they still have my money. Plus, they scaled me back 20%, then scaled back the 20% to 0%.

Feels like I was short changed at the bar.

Has anyone else received zero shares?
