Well they got that one away nicely WITHOUT MUCH DILUTION OF THEIR POSITION haha and can now say they gave the plebs an opportunity for cheap stock but not many wanted it..so the "moral" issues are now complete as well with basically a third of the company pirated on the cheap (at 2c)
This is what vultures are usually about in times of firesale bargain opportunities. And its really up to the individual to work it out cos the regulators will say given the price history in such difficult times, all was done properly amd with proper disclosure.
If I wasnt so idealistic these days I would have donned my pirate suit of old and joined in the rape and pillage. These mellower days tho, I am happy to be able to just read the market and jump on the bandwagon in a passive mode haha !
Anyway looks like min 200K shares per 5Gs application so thats another 1.2+ mill shares in the warchest at abt 2.4 cps cost ........ wonderful !
So lets get back to reality bros. 300 mill shrs cap more or less at sub 10 mill market cap with 1 - 3 mill golden ozs firming up and for starters 18 radiometric anomalies previously identified on the SUBSTABTIAL ground held around PDN's new Malawi mine (Sep 08 preso) ..... so now LETS HEAR MORE ABOUT THAT, and not worry about why they havent yet nailed a freecarry JV with another major if not PDN itself ???
So putting my CT hat on again and observing that loose ends have seemingly been satisfied without ado or embarrassment, can only next speculate we will soon be hearing about THAT U-ground as well. And as I said, if they are having difficulty in finding a JV partner, well I can come up with a couple at the drop of a hat are interested if they want.
Expecting ORP to be a serious wealth creation vehicle mid term from current levels and punting on it accordingly.
