I'd be surprised to if it were heavily over subscribed, indeeed I'd believe it was under and the fact that the company paid for another round of mailings to shareholders to encourage take up is a sure sign that inital applications had been below expectations...
management continue to tick the boxes and I expect to current trend to continue as things continue to pick up...
