    I suspect you are right Kate.

    I wonder if or when Cliffs will make a move. Will they be keen their move and get argy bargy because they do not want to see another 20% dilution?

    As I mentioned last week Cliffs just raised another $400m USD in cash despite their already booming cash balances. They are up to something, whether its for GWR or not is another question.
