So, when they were spruiking the SPP, the chairman told us that the money was not going into his pocket, but going to the membrane facility.
So expect to hear, at the AGM;
"It's all going well."
"We're not there yet, but we're on target"
"We still need more funds to complete"
"Were in discussions with various parties"
When I say "at the AGM", I mean at the 2014 AGM. That's if we make it through another year. Somewhere the missing $5.1m has to materialise.
