Ha ha - that's ALWAYS the case with Comsec and CMC. Just phone 'em. CMC is much better now with their online chat, though since ANZ/Etrade and Westpac have auto-updated client accounts with cap raising shares for many years, I'd like to know why Comsec and CMC can't do the same.
