    $15k max for all shareholders I believe is the limit. No min requirement for number of shares held as far as I know.

    Record date will probably be after meeting on the 26. May even extend into Nov.

    Priority for consideration is as I understand it, being given to sophisticated investors to derive maximum benefit from the share placement.
