1) Co needs share holders approval for the issue of 42mil shares through AGM (26 Oct).

2) Co waits for a completion of documentation, legal & regulatory clear for SPP (end of Oct).

I dont think co will ann details/record date of SPP before AGM. In the mean time big guys pump and dump for profits before 42mil cheap shares actually issued and hit the market. When SPP hit market,sp maybe 90c again. Similarly to UNI (and many others) up before fund raising. I hold 500 shares for SPP.
