The company Presentation on 14/11/2011 spells it out. Taifeng to sole fund Yogi to the tune of $20m to earn their 67% share.
The $2.8m equity placement at 20c followed by another $2m placement and a further 18m options exercisable at 24c are for FWL to use as required. This is separate from the $20m Yogi investment by Taifeng.
